People Watching at the Pool

When I'm not watching my kids having fun in the water...

I people watch!...one of my favorite past times :)

This little guy was the best!  Totally cracked me up.  He had a couple of kids cheering him on but in the end announced he'd forgot he was affraid of heights and turned around and climbed back down the ladder.

Have I mentioned Janie has major trouble with transitions?  This is her after I told her it was time to go home.  It's rough being 3.
