Lilly is an Artist

For weeks Lilly has been telling the entire family that she was going to win the Vista Lion drawing contest.

There are a lot of Kindergartners so I figured her chances were probably pretty slim (but of course I didn't tell her that).

And then guess what? 

 Lilly Beck took 2nd place!!!

Her Lion gets displayed in the school for all to see and her prize was a huge drawing pad.

I guess I'll have to go to the school to get a picture of the lion.

She hung this work of art on the wall above her bed.

Dad:  Who's that a picture of?

Lilly: You know how all the aliens are boys?  Well, this is a girl alien.
